Vastram Fusion Return Policy

At Vastram Fusion, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item under the following terms:

1. Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day window.
   • Once your return request is approved, you will be responsible for sending the product back to us. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

4. Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or items purchased during promotional events may not be eligible for returns.
